Sports & Arts brings together the best of both worlds - staying active and creative. Our goal is to provide activities in sports and arts to young people of all abilities. We want to help unlock a lifetime of passion, creativity and physical well-being. Our carefully tailored programs foster healthy habits and strengthen confidence.

This year we will be holding our 8 week SUMMER CAMP at Heritage Landing Amenity Center. Our dynamic program incorporates instruction and techniques for young athletes in Soccer, Tennis, Flag Football and Basketball. We also have Dance and Art instruction. We pride ourselves in delivering EXCELLENT INSTRUCTION while also maintaining a FUN SUMMER CAMP experience.

Heritage Landing residents will get priority enrollment until March 15th, afterwards registration will open to the general public and outside neighborhoods.

About imageAbout imageAbout image
It is the Mission of Sports & Arts to help develop the whole child.  We believe it is equally important for students to excel not only academically but creatively and athletically.  Students who participate in sports release powerful endorphins that help them regulate mood and ward off anxiety and feelings of depression.  Physical activity also helps to reduce the risk of obesity, type 2 diabetes and heart disease.
Regular exercise has been proven to:
  • Reduce stress
  • Boost self-esteem
  • Improve sleep

Sports also:
  • Builds self-esteem, self-respect and dignity.
  • Provides social interaction with peers and adults.
  • Helps develop talents.
  • Teaches sportsmanship and how to control emotions.
  • Teaches teamwork.
  • Shows kids how to play within the rules.
At Sports & Arts we also understand that although children love to play, run and move they may not want to participate in organized sports and their interests lean towards the Arts.  Our Painting, Drawing and Dance programs increase students:

  • Creativity
  • Improved Academic Performance.
  • Motor Skills
  • Confidence
  • Visual Learning
  • Decision Making
  • Perseverance
  • Focus.
