Our dynamic program incorporates instruction and techniques for young athletes in Soccer, Tennis, Flag Football, Basketball and Baseball. We also have Dance and Fun Paint Party Art instruction. We pride ourselves in delivering EXCELLENT INSTRUCTION while also maintaining a FUN DAY CAMP experience.

Not part of our after-school program? No problem! You can enroll your child in individual sports or arts classes to suit their schedule and interests.

Our facility is open to the public during designated hours, offering:

- A comfortable lounge with couches and snacks for relaxation and socializing.
Our versatile arena is available to rent for a variety of activities, including:

It is the Mission of Sports & Arts to help develop the whole child. We believe it is equally important for students to excel not only academically but creatively and athletically. Students who participate in sports release powerful endorphins that help them regulate mood and ward off anxiety and feelings of depression. Director
Coach Frank Vazquez has over 15 years directing and coaching after school programs. He won Coach of the year with the YMCA in 2019 and twice the recipient of Director Of The Year Award while running after school programs with the New York Junior Tennis and Learning (NYJTL). He has coached basketball, soccer and tennis. The Kids love him!!!

Co-Director
Alex is a lifelong educator. As an after school Education Coordinator Alexandra had the vision of starting a full time Sports & Arts Program. She is an avid tennis player and artist. Sports & Arts are a way of life for her and her family. Developing skills of activities you love is a sure way to happiness!
